We will act as your agent to register a .com domain name for your site using our registration information. You must agree to our registrars Universal Terms of Service

We do not make backups of your content so please only place copies of your content on the site.

You can canel at anytime without refund of payments. If you cancel, you must request a domain name transfer of your domain name before the end of your subscription period if you want to keep the domain name. We charge $20 USD to process domain transfers.

You agree not to threaten members, owners, hosting companies, and affiliated sites in anyway. Threats of legal action or other threats may result in immediate site deletion without warning to the member or user. Owners, hosting companies, and affiliated sites determine what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Indemnification. User and Member agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold owners and associates harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against this site, its agents, its members, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by member, it's agents, employees or assigns. Member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless this site against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with this site; (2) any material supplied by member infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; ( 3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold or otherwise delivered to member from this site.

If at any time You do not agree to be bound by these Rules, You should immediately end Your use of the Service. This site may change the Rules and the scope of the Services in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Such changes will be posted on the Site using this page and such posting will constitute notice to You.

Please make your own backup copies of your material prior to posting it on the site. We do not make backups for you. Use this site at your own risk.

You maintain all Copyrights to your content. You agree to only post items that you have the copyrights to or have permission from the copyright holder.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or member is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of other people's sites is prohibited. Abuse includes attempts at "internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.

Any unauthorized use of sites or computers by a member, whether or not the attacked site or computer belongs to us, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, site suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

10 GB of monthly site traffic

It is unlikely your site will ever come close to exceeding 10 GB of monthly traffic. If it does, you can send us a payment equivalent to a monthly subscription fee - currently $4.96 USD for another 10 GB of traffic or just let us know if you want us to suspend your traffic until the beginning of the next month's subscription period where your traffic counter is restarted.

100 item shopping cart

If you want more than 100 items on your site, you can send us a payment equivalent to a monthly subscription fee - currently $4.96 USD for another 100 items for each monthly you exceed 100 items.

Members are allowed to place advertisements on their site.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. We reserve the right to cancel service at any time.

Indecency Clause

Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates United States Federal, State or other laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. No material may be published on Web pages hosted by poetrypoem that would commonly be considered "indecent" or "appealing to the prurient interest" also commonly referred to as "adult" material, nor will any links to such sites exist within the Web pages hosted by poetrypoem.

Lawful Purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Members may only use the service for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of management. Any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Christian County, Missouri.

Member agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless our organization and its members against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with our server; (2) any material supplied by member infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; ( 3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold or otherwise delivered to member from our servers.

Disclaimer

We will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us or our employees or our hosting company. We reserve the right to revise our policies at any time.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate site deletion/deactivation.

Privacy Policy In short -- This site lacks privacy. Anything you place on the site can and will be viewed by anyone on the internet and the administrators of our computers.
